- Have you (or someone you know) ever had a ‘came to his senses’ experience while ‘feeding the pigs’ & estranged from your Father? What happened?
- In what ways might you be at risk of enjoying what your Father gives you more than you enjoy the Father himself?
- What do you think about the portrayal that both brothers were lost — one in rebellion (rule breaking) & the other in religion (rule keeping w/wrong motives) ?
- Can you remember any of the ways that Jesus is our true & better elder brother?
