Door Greeter Team: Warmly welcome attendees, provide service materials, and assist with directions. Help create a welcoming first impression.

Coffee Reception Team: Prepare and serve coffee and refreshments, ensuring a hospitable atmosphere for fellowship before and after services.

Safety & Security Team: Monitor the church premises to ensure safety. Respond to emergencies and support a secure worship environment.

What does the hospitality team do on Sunday mornings?

CREATE A WELCOMING ENVIRONMENT FOR ALL ATTENDERS & GUESTS WHILE BEING AWARE OF THEIR NEEDS.

Responsibilities may include one or more areas below on a Sunday morning:

Door Greeter - Smiles easily, hands out message notes, help guide new guests.
Usher - Enjoy interacting with attenders & making them feel welcome. Able to work with a team of ushers to help attenders find seating and give direction when asked basic questions.
Communion Steward - Enjoy setting up, distributing with a smile, and cleaning up communion
Head Count - Takes a head count after 10:30am of attenders in the sanctuary, foyer & coffee lounge. Numbers are recorded on a post card & put in our Administrative Assistant's mailbox.
Online Host - Facilitates engagement during a church's online service by welcoming guests, answering questions, and connecting with attendees for prayer and next steps.
Cafe Lounge - Make coffee, set-up & clean reception lounge. Set out baked goods if available.
