Throughout the years, North Central Church has taken great joy in supporting missionaries near and far. The work performed by the missionaries we support helps bring the Gospel of Jesus Christ to groups of people all over the world. We pledged to support 16 worldwide missionaries, as well as several missional groups and programs. We are so very grateful for all the support we receive from our North Central Church family in this global mission, and would like to invite you to consider making a Faith Promise so we can support each missionary at 100% of our promise.

Dan and Deanna are newlyweds! They just got married on Dec 11, 2021.
Dan has served as a missionary in Thailand for over 38 years. His parents first became missionaries in Thailand when he was just 13. Dan spent his teenage years growing up in Thailand, helping his parents plant churches and building a 60 foot catamaran which was their home and ministry base while planting churches along the coast. God also called Dan to be a missionary in Thailand, so he has spent most of his life in Thailand. He has focused on Church Planting and Church Based Leadership training.
Almost 6 years ago, after 26 blessed years of life and ministry in Thailand and three children together, Dan’s first wife, Gail, passed away suddenly of a heart attack. Dan continued serving as a missionary in Thailand by himself as all three of his children had their own lives and families back in the USA.
Dan prayed for God to bring someone very special into his life again. God answered Dan’s prayer in a most beautiful way by bringing Deanna to him to share life and ministry (and three grandkids now) together.
Deanna had served as a single missionary in Thailand with the Assemblies of God for over 22 years. She speaks, preaches and teaches in Thai fluently and focuses on Children’s ministry and training Children’s Ministry leaders. As both Dan and Deanna have worked together in the same missionary fellowship over the years, they share the same life-long passion for reaching Thailand with the love and power of Jesus, and helping to plant and grow the church here.
Dan and Deanna are located in Bangkok, serving as the Thailand Field Coordinators, leading a team of 30 AGWM missionary units. They want to see churches planted throughout Thailand’s 68 million people as less than 1% are Christians. They are also training and mentoring next generation ministry leaders, and teaching in church based Ministry training programs.
-Please pray for God to call men and women to become church planters so that we can train them, and send them out in church planting teams throughout the 77 provinces in Thailand.
-Please pray that God will continue to give Dan and Deanna the wisdom needed to lead the Thailand Field of 30 missionaries as we build vision and team together and plan goals and strategy how to reach the Never Reached in Thailand together.
Mrs. Masi left Syracuse in 2014 and met Mr. Masi when she moved to India to be a full-time missionary. Mr. Masi was working at an AG Bible school in the same city. Together, they shared the common desire to reach all people with the love of Christ. With the addition of two girls, the Masi family now works within both India and Nepal with the goal of reaching unreached people groups; training and educating the next generation; helping to church plant; and loving the “least of these”. The goal is to equip local believers from nearby villages to be well trained to go back to their native tongues and tribes to share the gospel and start new church plants.

At the Rescue Mission, a hot meal or a warm bed can be the first step to life change. The Food Service Center provides three free meals a day to anyone in need. The emergency shelter offers 183 beds for men and women in eight separate dormitories. The day center is a safe place to come in from the elements, use the phone or internet, and connect with a range of services.
Beyond meeting basic needs for food, clothing or shelter, the Rescue Mission case managers help guests develop a plan to leave homelessness and hunger behind. As part of this effort, the Rescue Mission operates an adult home for supportive living as well as affordable permanent housing.

As a new freshman walking across the Sam Houston State University campus, someone invited Joe Sedillo to play Capture the Flag. During the game, he was invited to Chi Alpha where he soon became involved with his first group of Christian brothers. It wasn’t until he attended a Discover the Nations conference that Joe began to feel a deep burden to disciple students from the nations and a call toward campus ministry. Joe and his wife Nicole, along with their newborn daughter Quinn, are leading a Chi Alpha planting team to Buffalo State in New York.

North Central Church currently supports 3 missionaries in the Arab World. Live Dead is committed to taking the church where it does not exist. They are committed to making a difference in the statistic that 40% of the world lives without access to Christ. Live Dead’s strategy to execute this vision is to plant churches among unreached people groups through multi-national teams.
99ONE exists to expose God’s love to sex workers in Central New York. We have built relationships with 8 strip clubs in the Syracuse area. Every 4 weeks or so, we bring gifts of love (aka ‘love bombs’) to the dancers (also owners and bouncers). Our intention is not to judge the people we encounter; we are simply reaching out in God’s love, no strings attached. Our purpose is to let our friends know that there is a God who loves them desperately and deeply. We hang out with these incredible ladies. We pray with them and for them.
